This tiny cafe was a nice introduction to Ho Chi Minh City. We got two of the lemon grass Bahn mi for 60,000 vnd and they were pretty tasty. It was nice to see that an effort was made to use no plastic. And plenty more on the menu to explore.

Top fast food and banh mi delivery in the city - Edit
This is a place I have been getting deliveries from for over a year. I did eat-in once, but the seating is almost not there. Everything is exactly the way you want it, fast delivery, lots of menu selections, and all vegan, even the soy-mayo and other sauces. They have so many great sandwich options, but also have things like salad and their version of korean bibimbap. They also only use brown rice for the rice dishes. The delivery packaging is all paper and reusable, with no plastic. Recently they started selling their sauces in bottles also!

English menu with photos available and friendly service. There didn’t seem to be any beverages. The bread was crusty and yums. One of the sauces did not appear to be vegan, so if you’re vegan, you can watch carefully as they assemble your sandwich and ask them not to use the white sauce before they put it on. No place to sit down, but you can sit on a bench across the street at the river.

Convenient little place on the canal to grab a banh mi or a few other dishes that aren't too common. Cheap with lots of options (fried mushrooms are a favorite), and they use vegan mayo and paper bags.
