Little paradise

Finca is a green gem just a few kilometers from the coast. There are lots of exotic fruit trees around, inviting garden is quiet, there are great views of the valley. Acommodation is in lovely appartments - cottages. The owner Emmeli prefers vegan guests who appretiate the nature and this special place. She is very kind, talkative. The finca is close to the highway exit, but it is good to have own transportation.

Pros: lots of exotic plants, quiet location, atentive owner

Sun, nature and peace

I spent just over two lovely weeks in Emmeli's finca as a workaway guest. The finca is nestled in the hills with beautifull seaview. The walk to the beach is about half an hour. There is lot of attention put into the whole finca-the home and the gardens - creating a nice peaceful place where you can connect with the nature. I stayed at the caravan that is very clean and cozy. I enjoyed waking up to a beautiful seaview from the terrace, singing of the birds around and the sun rising up from behind the surrounding hills.
The host also offers accommodatanion in a flat attached to the main finca and a separate house - Casa Mariposa that are both with its own kitchen, spacious and bright and nicely decorated.
My stay with Emmeli was great. She is a wonderful host, energetic, well organized, she created mandalas at the finca that give it a special character. She also teaches mandala painting.
The finca is a peaceful retreat in beautiful mango and avocado gardens but just minutes from busier towns of Costa tropical.

Cosy appartement in a natural place

The Finca is a very natural place with a lot of different fruit-trees growing ecologically and with permaculture. The "Casa mariposa" is situated in the garden, has a nice bathroom with shower, all the important things to cook small dishes are there and I was very comfortable in there.

The house is surrounded by plants and trees. A big mango tree gives shadow and outside you have your own place to be. It's very calm and peaceful there.
The host Emely is a very helpful and nice person, she showed me the Finca all around and we had lovely conversations. I loved to discover all the different places, plants and wonderful artworks there. The mandalas on the wall are amazing!

On the top of the finca they are currently building two places for caravans with a wonderful overview to the sea.

Its good, if you have a car so you reach the sea in 10 minutes.

Pros: sustainable an ecological, calm place in the nature, inspiring artwork

Plants, sun and harmony.

We stayed one week at Casa Mariposa and enjoyed the time and relaxed. Though it seemed necessary to rent a car we also had nice walks in the hills and to the beach from here. The finca has a great location close to the Autopista even though you don't hear it all and almost everything can be reached quickly from here.
The fully-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare food and in case of not having enough food there even is a vegan "Mini-Bar". The concept of this wonderful and sunny place is amazing and can be fully recommended.

Pros: Osmosis water, Ecological, Vegan

Beautiful Mango- and Avocadofinca

I stayed in the Apartment of the Finca, which has two single beds, a sweet kitchen and bathroom. It's a very beautiful place to be, you can discover many lovely details like Mosaiks and Mandalas in the garden, enjoy the rich Flora, alle the wonderful Mango- and Avocadotrees and inbetween even Banana and Papayatrees, that's amazing! The location includes a breathtaking view on the ocean and you can walk down a riverbed to the next beach and also have some nice walks in the hilly backland. It has filtered Osmose water to drink and depending on the season you can try the delicious Mangos and Avocados. I also got a delicious vegan lunch with healthy cooked food and a mixed nutritional rich salad! It's a calm and magical place and I could spend a relaxing and grounding time in the sunny south of spain, thanks for that!

Serenity amongst the avocados.

This is a special place, completely removed from the hustle and bustle of the tourist coast yet only a few minutes drive to Torre del Mar. I stayed for a week and although i didn't have a car taxis to Torre are easily available and reasonable at about €10 or€12. From Torre there are plenty of buses, whether it is to go into Malaga city for the day or out to Nerja and caves. The farm is only about a half hour from Malaga airport and very easy to reach.
I really enjoyed being in such a relaxing place and yet so near to the coast and many places of interest. I stayed in the chalet which met all my needs as a self-catering vegan. The chalet nestles under beautiful mango trees which i imagine provide great shade in the hotter months. For a short relaxing break or for a longer stay as a base to explore the area Finca Manantial de Luz has a great deal to offer.

Pros: A holiday that feels like something more.
