Kriterion - Edit

Cheap for Amsterdam/Dutch lunch standards. Sandwich costs 4.50 and coffee is just 2 euro.
Good atmosphere, it's very normal to work here as a student on essays but also to hang out with friends. There is a wheelchair ramp at the door. Because the university is right across it can get quite busy and therefore it's quite common to see beer being ordered after noon. This is nothing to worry about.
Service is not very fast during lunchtime, but the food was tasty and filling. Coffee is usually served right away, though. You need to order at the bar but the tables get cleared by staff.
