SO VEGAN FRIENDLY - Edit
Such a cute, cozy restaurant. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. They have lots of vegan options, it's amazing. Their Mexican rice is vegan, their black beans are whole (therefore no lard!!), they have TOFU that they will make you fresh, and all their vegetables and sauces are fresh and DELICIOUS!! We got two tofu fajitas with corn tortillas (specify no sour cream), and are now feeling full, but not stuffed, and still full of energy to go on our bike ride. Will definitely come back the next time we are in Ellensburg!!!!
