My Go-To in Ellensburg - Edit
I used to stop at the original location whenever I was passing through Ellensburg. The new location is in the heart of the downtown. I wish I could find such a delicious vegan burrito like Fidelina’s in Tacoma!

Very casual place with paper plates, but good food. Next time I would have them hold the rice, as I don’t have much need for white rice. Otherwise it was very good.
Read more1/17/23 update. They have moved to 5th & Main, and are a bit more upscale. No more paper plates. Fajitas still yummy.

Misleading reviews on here by people who assumed things are veg - Edit
I loved them last time I visted years ago. However today I learned the horchata and verde salsa contain dairy and are not vegan or vegan opcional.

I am so grateful to HappyCow for introducing me to Fidelina’s. The menu had many satisfying options. I felt the price was fair for the amount and quality of food I received. My burrito and horchata were delicious! My burrito was great on its own, but the salsa that came with the burrito really made the dish pop. I left refreshed by the lovey meal, but also by the misters over the seating area. Fidelina’s was a delectable oasis on a hot day after a long drive.

Great tofu fajitas! - Edit
Nice to have an affordable and tasty Mexican meal that isn’t just the regular food minus the meat. You don’t see tofu options that often, so it was a nice change. Delicious guacamole too! We’ll definitely be back.

SO VEGAN FRIENDLY - Edit
Such a cute, cozy restaurant. Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. They have lots of vegan options, it's amazing. Their Mexican rice is vegan, their black beans are whole (therefore no lard!!), they have TOFU that they will make you fresh, and all their vegetables and sauces are fresh and DELICIOUS!! We got two tofu fajitas with corn tortillas (specify no sour cream), and are now feeling full, but not stuffed, and still full of energy to go on our bike ride. Will definitely come back the next time we are in Ellensburg!!!!
