Creamy plant-based ice cream discovery

We stumbled upon this vendor at the Port Townsend Farmers Market. Four flavors were offered that day. We had scoops of the horchata, basil-raspberry, and coffee-chocolate chunk. All were delicious and creamy, made from a high-fat coconut milk base.
