Great little cafe - Edit
Fibonacci is close to my house and I eat there regularly. The food and service is fantastic. With Covid restrictions easing you can sit down again and enjoy a meal.

Cafe in a busy location but with a great selection of vegan options such as the chipotle burger! Wish the entire menu was vegan as the milkshakes use dairy milk but there is still a lovely fridge of vegan products to choose from including pies, cakes, sausage rolls and cookies. Great place to take omni friends or a Sunday treat, though they add straws to iced lattes so ask to omit. Prices are fairly reasonable and the food is tasty, especially the vegan sausage roll!

Fibonacci serves a fresh and delicious 100% plant based menu. With great coffee and wonderful service. Fibonacci is well worth a trip to Baulkham Hills. The vegan pancakes are addictive!

100% plant based menu!! - Edit
Delicious vegan food at a reasonable price! We had the chicken burger, beef burger and gnocchi and everything was so good. Everything is uncannily close to tasting like the cruelty based counterpart, we had to double check the parmesan was was not dairy as it smelled and tasted like the real thing (we were assured it was coconut based lol). The chef is vegan and all the staff were super friendly. They still serve coffee with dairy milk and charge 60c extra for soy or almond milk unfortunately, but that's a minor negative.

Tasty plant based food for breakfast - Edit
Not sure if the lunches are meat based but the All Day breakfast is. We had the bacon & egg roll and it was scrumptious!! Bit disappointed that a cafe that serves vegan food adds on money to have plant based milk in your coffee. Surely it should be the other way round - charge people more to have normal milk!! The cafe is in the middle of the shopping mall so really just a quick stop.
