Cracking Sunday Roast - Edit
Booked up for a Vegan Sunday Roast while staying 25 minutes away after the reviews here and really wasn’t disappointed. Food was way above your standard pub roast, the staff were all so very welcoming and the beetroot/chocolate vegan pudding was wonderful. Only down point from our visit is that we live 5 hours away.

A lovely country pub! Has some nice vegan options. Not many places to find vegan food around here so this is a great option.

Had a great Sunday lunch here. When I called to make the reservation, they asked if there were any special diets and showed good understanding of veganism. Sunday lunch had homemade nut roast, vegan cauliflower cheese and all the vegetables - vegan versions where appropriate. Just a shame I couldn't manage the beetroot chocolate pudding!
