Good hotel, ok vegan food - Edit
The rooms are all perfectly fine, newly renovated. The dinner menu changes daily but does not regularly include new vegan items. Instead, they have a vegan set menu that you have to specifically ask for. The tomato broth was surprisingly interesting. The main course - pumpkin on pearl grain risotto - however lacked texture and flavour. The sorbets were fine if uninventive.
Read moreThe breakfast self service didn't have many vegan items, just bread rolls, jam, a vegan margarine, and almond milk that can be combined with cereal. The animal based options vastly dominate both dinner and breakfast and the vegan options have not been designed to be of equivalent worth.

Hier gibt es „nur“ ein veganes Dreigang-Menü, dieses wird aber mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zubereitet. Es ist saisonal und meist regional.
Read moreDas Menü wechselt je nach Jahreszeit.
Wir haben hier schon eine Taufe ausgerichtet, mit einem Teil des Buffetts vegan. Ich weiß das hier schon eine rein vegane Hochzeit stattgefunden hat.
