Fett und Zucker ist ganz in der Nähe meiner Arbeit, also war es überfällig mal mit Freunden hier einen Besuch abzustatten 😋 und es hat sich gelohnt.
Read moreEs ist ein Café mit netten Sitzwinkeln und es ist einfach eingerichtet (mit alten Bürostühlen). Man fühlt sich dadurch ein bisschen wie in der Schulzeit, wenn man mit Schulkollegen im eigenen Zimmer auf Klappstühlen versammelt sitzt 😁
Der Chai Latte (Vanilla Éléphant) ist auf jeden Fall ein schönes Geschmackserlebnis (nicht vergessen Pflanzendrink dazusagen) und eine Empfehlung für Vanilleenthusiast:innen 😊 der Brownie ist jedenfalls fett und gut (Erdnussbutter 😋😋)
Der Service war aber wenig herzlich. 😐

I visit fett und Zucker on a regular basis. Their vegan peanut-brownie and chai is my favorite treat. Staff is always nice. Their outside seating area is sunny in the afternoon. Prices are very fair.

We tried 4 different vegan cakes so far and they were all really tasty. Cappuccino with soy milk is very nice, but in the caffe latte you can taste the milk more, and I can tell it's not the ideal brand which I would use for best taste (Alpro original :D). But, despite that, staff is friendly, nice music, atmosphere, great cakes, so overall, great :)

We went here for a quick snack and a coffee and weren't disappointed. They make their own Kombucha (which sadly wasn't ready yet) and ginger beer, which was delicious.

The staff is friendly, you have to order at the counter. Be careful to mention, that you want to have your coffee with soymilk, they don’t ask. Try the peanut butter brownies (also be careful, because there is one vegan and one vegetarian option available!) and I love the „milk with coffee“ because it’s served in a bowl instead of a cup. I like, that there’s always a tray with glasses and tap water. You can just help yourself with that.

Fett Und Zucker is definitely one of my favourite coffee places in Vienna. A small, cosy queer-feminist and open coffee place, which offers a selected range of vegan cakes that I can never get enough from - the banana bread is amazing, the apple-crumble-cake is better than any other I have ever tasted (or made myself) - and the best thing: you are basically sitting in the kitchen and able to experience the smells of freshly baked goodies from the first row!😄

Didn't get the chance to sample anything else, but had a very delicious peanut butter layered chocolate brownie slice - would purchase again. They also had a number of other interesting looking vegan desserts such as cheesecake.
