Going vegan in the city of ham and cheese! - Edit
We went to this very sweet restaurant for lunch. The food has been prepared with lots of love and flavor. Surprisingly, we (32/34) were by far the youngest guests!! Love to see the change taking place, even in Italy ♥️

Lovely little place for lunch - Edit
Lovely little restaurant where you can put together your own bowl. Either for take away or to eat there (only around 10 seats tho). All vegan and very healthy, there are also some sweets to choose from. The owner is super friendly and happy :)

Premetto che il cibo e buonissimo e molto sano, la posizione del locale centrale, e la scelta di pietanze molto ampia. E piu' ancora di tutto questo ci ha colpito la grazia, la gentilezza e soprattutto l'imperturbabile serenita della meravigliosa proprietaria. A causa di una perdita d'acqua al piano superiore il soffitto di una parte del locale (non zona clienti) gocciolava vistosamente, tanto che aveva chiamato i Vigili del Fuoco che sono poi arrivati. Credo onestamente che chiunque avrebbe chiuso il locale. Lei ci ha invece servito con premura e il sorriso i suoi piatti deliziosi e non ci ha fatto mancare nulla!

Amazing vegan gastronomia! - Edit
A must try! Small gastronomia with a few seats perfect to grab lunch on the go. Good selection of healthy foods such as pasta, legume dishes etc. Plus they had vegan tortelli, a typical Parma dessert/pastry (not to be confused with the pasta dish), you won't find a veganized version of that anywhere else in town!

Best organic vegan food in town! - Edit
I've now become a regular at this lovely Biogastronomia. Food is as good as it can possibly get. Always surprising and comforting. I am vegan, gluten- and sugar-free and I never leave the place hungry :)

My favourite dishes are: tempeh, agretti with tahini, red rice with vegetables, fennel with curry, beetroot and stuffed courgette :)
