Nice vegan cake and snacks - Edit
Fenix food factory has an amazing atmosphere. Plus, I had an amazing vegan carrot cake, nice mushroom bitterballen and arancini here. You can definitely go here if you want a nice vegan snack or drink a coffee. (But I wouldn't go here for a proper dinner/lunch, the place is more for snacks I would say)

3* Not many vegan options.. but the ones that exist are OK - Edit
Their menu is different at lunch vs evening, so I can only speak for the menu at lunch.. essentially there were 2 vegan options: bitterballen and a hummus sandwich.. nice part is you can just sit outside, scan the QR code and order online and the food will come to your table.
