Oasis in Palangka Raya. Veggies ❤️! - Edit
It’s difficult to find greens and non-meat-centric and non-fried/oily meals in this rural part of Indonesia. So I found this place online and saw that it has veggie dishes! 🥳 It was just what we wanted and needed. We had the salad and it was delicious! Balsamic vinegar was a dressing option. Just ask for it to come without cheese to make it vegan.
Read moreI had the veggie pizza. Make sure to ask for it without the egg on top if you don’t want that and ask for no cheese too. I didn’t get to ask about if the dough had egg or not.
Since I’m finding it tiring enough to adjust to being in a foreign to me country, so I have been being a bit lenient with my diet to give my brain a break so I had the pizza with the cheese.
The restaurant has extensive and elaborate drink options. Most are vegan. I had the purple lemongrass mint tea option. I will likely go back to try others!
It felt like an oasis of a place. Very happy to have found and eaten there.
