Cool place - Edit
I went to this place beacuse Byblos, the falafel place two stores above, was closed. The staff was kind enough to tell me the vegan options. They have a vegan sandwich with avocado and some mushrooms that was very good. They also had a banana muffin that was kind of dry, but they offered some jam to put on it.

Good vegan protein options and knowledgable staff - Edit
This restaurant is a short walk from the Inner Harbor and is in the fun, hip area of Federal Hill. The manager was very helpful identifying vegan options and dealing with a peanut allergy. The Asiano salad was fairly large but mostly lettuce (which was very fresh.) I had the dressing on the side - it was tasty but strong. My boyfriend had a meat sandwich he enjoyed. While we were eating, the manager brought over small tastes of other things. The soup special, vegan portobello, was amazing and I want to go back and get a bowl of it. The gazpacho was fresh with a hint of spice. The green smoothie was deliciously sweet.
Pros: Fresh, Friendly, Knowledgable
Cons: lettuce overpowered other salad toppings
