Disappointing meal

It was very busy for a weekday, we had to wait outside for a table to become available. I ordered the full vegan breakfast, which on the menu is described as “peri peri oyster mushrooms, spring onion & chipotle waffle, grilled peppers, smashed avocado, charred sweetcorn, vegan aioli & coriander w/ chipotle and roast tomato salsa”. What I got was all of those ingredients mixed together in a tomato sauce on top of a dry waffle, which was a shame. I wanted to taste each of the individual components but the overwhelming flavour was of the tomato salsa. I also had a juice which was very tasty but small for the £6 price.
