First class

Order Veggie/vegan when making reservations. Very good well researched by the chef and top notch presentation. Perfect luau when you don’t want to see a pig in the ground or be served meat.

Great option for vegans

They were well versed at handling dietary needs and had separate vegan options for me.

Pros: Drinks can be made vegan! , Interesting food options.

Excellent vegan selections

We read the reviews before going and had low expectations. Happily, our experience was the complete opposite. The food was creative, unique, delicious and healthy. Perhaps those disappointed people were looking for plant based meats and cheeses and other processed vegan food. There was none to be found. It was all fresh real food and so good!!! Or maybe the venue has improved the choices after getting feedback. Either way, we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Fun event, great entertainment , appreciated solid vegetarian/vegan options

Had a ton of fun with my friends, and really glad we found a luau with vegetarian food. They were very accommodating and specifically said I would be taken care of. Great variety and not just tofu as a replacement. Fantastic drinks. I think everything I was served was actually vegan.

The best!

I went to this luau 15 years ago and there was nothing for me to eat. So glad they have the vegan menu now!!! Awesome learning experience and introduction to Polynesian foods!!!! Highly recommend

Pros: Totally vegan menu, Great staff, Great view

Cons: Expensive but worth it!

Go for the experience, not food.

The best part about this experience was Polynesian dance performances. I felt completely immersed in those!
Vegan courses were underwhelming.
There was a salsa and pikopiko salad that had flavor, but every other dish was flavorless and lacked seasoning.
Their drinks were splendid. Everything could be made non alcoholic on request.

Pros: Polynesian dances!, Good vibe and service, Great drinks

Cons: Unseasoned food and lacked flavor. , Made vegan by replacing instead of enhancing.

Flavorless vegan food, good everything else

Don’t come to this luau expecting an incredibly delicious 5 course vegan meal. If you do decide to check it out, bring salt and pepper from home. Besides the food, the entertainment was 5 stars, the drinks were delicious, and the wait staff was knowledgeable and on point.

Pros: Entertainment , All alcoholic drinks can be made non-alcoholic, Quality waitstaff

Cons: Almost flavorless entrees, Long breaks between food and entertainment

All of the prior reviews were spot on

Great experience for me, staff was super attentive to my diet, great entertainment. Though the food wasn't particularly memorable, I did eat and enjoy all that was designated for me. Best Luau my wife and I have attended.

Definitely worth it.

I could not be happier with my experience! My vegan menu was amazing. My non vegan friend was actually wishing she’s done the veg menu because she doesn’t like fish. All of the staff were great. I ordered a drink that apparently May have had cream in it, and the waiter immediately said, “oh, I think that had cream in it but I’ll make sure that make yours without.” Could not be happier with my first luau experience.

Pros: Fully vegan meal available, Quality was fantastic, Staff was exceptional.

Cons: Spendy, but all luaus are.

The Good and the Not So Good

I wanted to experience a luau but there’s no way I was going to one that has a dead pig roasting in a pit. Since vegan-friendly luaus are hard to find, I gave this a try.

The good news: it’s vegan-friendly. No dead pigs roasting on site. Call or email at least a day in advance and they will make your meal vegan.

Service is outstanding.

The setting on the ocean at sunset is what makes the experience great.

Unlimited alcoholic tropical drinks! Mai tais, planters punch, pina colada things. The drinks

The bad: the vegan food is bland and uninspiring. I tasted each dish and didn’t want a second bite of any of it. (The presentation of all the dishes is wonderful. The food will look good in pictures.)

Extremely expensive! Tip not included in price.

The BEST vegan luau!

This luau is typically for omnivores but if you let them know you're vegan when you book, they will make you a stellar 5 course vegan feast based each region presented (Hawaii, Tahiti, New Zealand, Samoa, and the 5th is dessert). I haven't had a vegan meal this good in ages. Everything was delicious and it wasn't just vegetables. I had veggies but also seitan steak, some baked coconut cream something, amazing smoked tofu, and more! They can also make vegan lava flows and pinata coladas which are SO hard to find.

The entertainment is amazing and the staff is stellar. I would give more than 4 stars if I could!
