Fantastic! - Edit
A vegetarian restaurant on a beautiful farm on Montepulcino. They were happy to make vegan adjustments to their menu and it was great! Local produce cooked in a simple, but beautiful and delicious way. Lovely atmosphere and amazing staff (with good English). :)
Pros: Will cater for vegans without any hesitation.
Cons: It was a little expensive, but well worth the cost

I stayed at the Fattoria San Martino for two nights. The place is paradise - perfect location and views, great hosts, wonderful garden and pond, rooms furnished with natural materials instead of the usual Ikea or plastic junk.
The food (we had vegan dinner once and, of course, breakfast) is heavenly. Fresh, tasty and beautifully presented, the vegan 4-course dinner was one of the best I ever had.
Highly recommended although pricey (the overnight stay, not the food).
