My partner and I loved our meal here, especially the nacho fries and stoner sundae. He enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger more than I did, but I didn’t hate it by any means… loved the pickles, sauce, and seitan bacon but found the patty only okay. The waitress was friendly and helpful, especially for putting up with our very poor Spanish skills and trying hard to speak to us in English. The decor is adorable.

I was suppose to have breakfast at another vegan place but they were opening a bit later … as I was hungry I walked a bit further and stopped at Fat Vegan. Had a breakfast burrito with a coffee. It really hit the spot good. The staff is also extremely friendly.

Pregunté por un shaker de proteína vegana pero con leche vegetal al lugar del helado la, y no fue posible (que pena, sería genial encontrar smoothie de proteína vegana!)
El café americano es ok.

Muy lindo, hay una terraza en la calle y un espacio interior pero abierto (si hace frío, traga la chaqueta!).
👨🏽🍳 Servicio 6/10
El staff no es muy amable... No sonrisa, y me sentí con presión para pedir algo más aún que el restaurante estaba vacío.

Por una vez, había mucha proteína vegana 😋 tienen un menú con varias cosas.
💸 Precios baratos por la porción grande que te traen !

I’ve only tried the alitas here which are basically vegan nuggets. They were delicious. The shakes look amazing and I will definitely get fat next time I’m in Mexico City.

Wow!! Superb burgers - Edit
It was late in the evening so I relied on uber eats to get two burgers from here. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the burgers and how it was well put together. Crispy burger buns are absolutely on point. I had the La Muy Crispy and Hamburguesa fat vegan. Both were equally good in its own way. These burgers are the best burgers I’ve had in a while better than most burgers in the US restaurants that are twice as more expensive than here. If I lived here I’d eat here often. Highly recommended.

Sometimes you just need some American style fast food and this place definitely fits the bill. I like their breakfast sandwiches better than the burgers, but the fries and shakes are excellent. Prices are a little high but in line with what vegan burger places charge here.

Came here for brunch and had the fat chimichanga and lemonade. The chimichanga was a little smaller than I expected but it kept me full so I think I was just being greedy! I love anything deep fried so I knew it was a great choice and it really was delicious. The guacamole and salsa verde balanced it out well. The lemonade was also lovely. You have the option to sit inside or outside which is nice. Service was friendly and food came out quick.

The food was OK, not really special like expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the most expensive food I had in Mexico so far. We had two different burgers which will fill you.

Went for dessert and the milkshakes were more frosty than creamy. Good for a hot night but not as ice creamy as we had hoped. We didn’t eat any regular food though so not sure about those options! Fast service, gender inclusive staff.
