Vegetarian Black Beans - Edit
Their Huevos Rancheros Favorito had plenty of flavor without the meat and their black beans were vegan. There were several vegetarian options on the menu. Food is cooked on the same grill as meat and my dish had some accidental pork in it, which they politely redid and offered to clean the grill before remaking it.
Pros: Great tasting , Vegetarian beans, Vegetarian friendly if asked to clean grill.
Cons: Accidental meat on my dish.
