Excellent option - Edit

Fat Monk is a buddha bowl place that does meat options, but also several vegan options. I checked out this place as a slight gamble with it having 0 reviews, and was very pleasantly surprised. I expected a couple of vegan options but a full half of the offering was vegan! Including classics like tofu and beans, and some more creative ones.
I had a mango and fake chicken salad bowl which was served with rice and very tasty.
This would be my go-to in this area.
