A warm and welcome vegan option in Mont Tremblant pedestrian village - Edit
They've got a vegan gumbo on their current menu that really hit the spot on a frigid day. Calling it gumbo is probably a stretch -- closer to a green curry, probably? -- but it was flavorful, filling, and tasty. It was loaded with ginger, which is a good thing in my opinion, and had just the tiniest bit of heat. There's a veggie burger and a bowl w/ marinated todi on the menu too, but the gumbo was more interesting option in my opinion.
This is one of the best spots in the village for vegan food—and great food in general.
They served vegan chili made with Beyond Meat and beans (yay, protein!) alongside a generous portion of chips.
For the bowls, baked tofu is offered as a protein option, and it was really tasty.
The portion size was excellent and well worth the price, unlike many other places nearby.
The staff were very friendly and pleasant.
