Wenn es für jemand persönlich das Geld wert ist, dann ist die Fasanerie ein echter Tipp für ein ganzes veganes Menü. Im Esslibris hat man einfach raus, wie man geniale vegane Küche mit Besonderheiten zaubert. Mal sind die Gerichte etwas basic, manchmal wird aber mit viel Hingabe etwas gezaubert, was ich hier in der Region noch nie gegessen habe. Sehr cool! Aktuell zB trüffelrisotto mit veganem Parmesan.

They go out of their way to create lovely vegan options using fresh ingredients. If you inform the hotel in advance, they will bring a separate plate of vegan cheese, deli meat and a dip for you. They also offer different milks upon request. I have not experienced such great service in a hotel before!
