Mislabeled gelato? - Edit
Went there for an event with a preset menu, with vegan options available. We selected the vegan options. The salad and risotto were really good, but the “vegan” gelato we were served was definitely just regular, dairy gelato, which now is making me question whether the risotto was even vegan either.

Unique & Delicious! - Edit
I tried the vegan Caesar and the cremi asparagus soup which looked very interested but tasted sooo good I wish I had twice the size of the bowl. The vegan Caesar was also one of the best I’ve had. Would definitely come again and try their other options!

Dinner with a view - Edit
Enjoyed a lovely dinner tonite at Faro Blanco. We were greeted by Arthur as we entered the restaurant to be seated. What a friendly face to start our evening. The backdrop was beautiful, watching the sun set from the terrace.
Read moreI especially was pleased with the fact that they had a separate vegan menu.
The two appetizers that we ordered (Caesar Salad and Flatbread) were both delicious. The flavours on the flatbread made it my favourite but not by far because the Caesar salad was also very tasty.
I had the penne a la vodka and my husband had the linguini primavera. Although my husband’s pasta could have been warmer, the flavours were excellent.
Our server, Maribel, was very professional. She even offered to take our picture as the sun was setting.
The only downfall to the night was the fact that one of our friends ordered the caesar salad as his main entree but they brought it with our appetizers so he was left watching us eat our dinner.
Aside from that I would recommend.
Pros: Separate vegan menu, Incredible setting, Good service
Cons: A little pricey , No vegan bread and butter provided

Good place! - Edit
It’s a great place to go to when there are vegan and non-vegan friends/family members. I had the penne alla vodka, it tasted good. I just didn’t like the vodka after taste but that’s on me. Another family member had the risotto primavera, which tasted very good so I’d recommend getting that instead of the penne a la vodka if you also don’t like to have a vodka after taste. I would have liked more vegan dessert options. The prices are fairly high compared to the portion sizes but I assume it’s because the restaurant is a nicer type of restaurant.

Incredible views and tasty vegan food! - Edit
Gorgeous sunset views! Great service and wine. There aren't too many vegan options but the ones they do have they absolutely nail. The caesar salad was really good. They actually charred/torched (or grilled?) the romaine head so the flavor was extra tasty. The pizza was delish but the penne pasta was my favorite meal of the trip.

Skip this one if you can - Edit
Super expensive prices and the vegan options weren’t great. The homemade cashew cheese was delicious and the grilled Caesar was decent, but that’s it. We had the worst risotto we’ve ever eaten, the penne vodka was ok but not for the price. The view is nice, but don’t have high hopes for the food

Most beautiful sunset in Aruba! - Edit
The location here is worth the visit! Get a table outside on the patio and watch the most beautiful sunset on the island. The food is classic Italian, with a separate vegan section on the menu, including vegan salads, soups, and pasta dishes. More than the usual pasta with red sauce, and some interesting creative dishes such as a deconstructed lasagna soup with vegan cheese.
