Hope not to have to go again

Went with friends. Last time we went I chose a nice looking salad with vegan meatballs. The meatballs didn’t cone so we asked - they were rock hard. We gave feedback on thr app and on email - no reply. This time I tried a bean burger - when it came it looked like it was straight out of the freezer. It was warm but rock hard - it must have just been microwaved within an inch of its life. I sent it back and got the vegan chilli. That was ok. The vegan cheesecake was nice, too (but came without the ice cream as described on the menu)

Pros: The waitress was apologetic and helpful, No problem with replacing the inedible stuff, Vegan cheesecake

Cons: Salad nothing like as described , Meatballs and burger inedible , App not working

Vegan options not available at time of visiting.

I was only able to have soup and a dessert, as every hot vegan item was unavailable. I was offered salad or vegetables from the carvery! Even the vegan soup came with butter for the rolls and had to ask for it to be changed to a vegan spread
