The best food and atmosphere

Such a relaxed place to eat with a massive choice of meals and the best self serve carvery with loads of fresh tasty veg. Staff are friendly and families with young children have a dedicated area so other adults can eat and chat in adult only area

Poor Choice Really

Visited today with non vegan family.

There are only a couple of options in total.

Didn't have a starter but the options are soup or cauliflower wings.

Main options are a Bean Burger (single or double) or Chilli. You can also have the carvery but it's just vegetables and potatoes so no protein option and not clear if gravy is suitable or not!

I went for the chilli, you can have it as a wrap rather than on its own.

Dessert wise they have 2 options and was tempted by the cheesecake but sadly was a little full so didn't bother.

Overall wouldn't bother visiting again unless it was convenient!

Basic vegan options

I have been here a few times for family meals and there are standard vegan options available. I got the vegan burger which was just ok. There are usually two vegan dessert options which is great, I usually get the Bakewell, which is absolutely delicious!

Rubbish

Came for a down to earth meal with family for a birthday. No beyond burgers available which left the roasted veg pie as the only vegan option. Vile. Had to order sides instead, embarrassing when everyone else has full meals. Avoid, go somewhere else

Cons: Not enough stock on vegan items
