Affordable, Healthy, Delicious

Stopped in here to eat after touring the facility for the non-profit, One Eleuthera. They grow their vegetables on property. It is a true farm to table experience. They had some vegan options on the menu, but I asked if something could be created for me. They didn't hesitate. The chef whipped up a warm couscous salad with veggies. It was delicious. After seeing the cost of other places, this was by far the most reasonable place o had been on the entire island. They also have a farm stand outside the restaurant where they sell the vegetables that they grow. We got some kale, lettuce, peppers, and cilantro to take back to our rental. I would definitely return & recommend this place for a meal.

Cons: Good value
