A number of fruit and veg stalls - Edit
While some of the produce may not be local, there are two stalls that are locally grown - mushrooms for the fungi-philes and the one of the veg stands (the one with fresh ginger). The bakery tent is also local and has some vegan options.

Msot vegetables aren't even local! - Edit
Most products isn't local. What is sold is more expensive than even Safeway and it's not very good quality.

I'd rather go to WinCo.
Pros: the guy who plays guitar is entertaining.
Cons: overpriced, not fresh, not local.
