Great new location, nice produce - Edit
I popped over to the Farmers' Market on the Terrace this morning. It's now in a new location, in Bay Avenue Park, right next to the Taj Hotel in Business Bay.
The market is smaller than Ripe (another farmers' market in Dubai) and it focuses more on produce and food than Ripe. There were about 10 or so stalls, all with great fresh local produce. There's also a Baker & Spice pop up restaurant selling fresh bread, and hot & cold breakfast items. The selection of vegan and vegetarian items on their stand could have been better, though.
Plus, there's a coffee stall.
The new location has plenty of parking and also has two playgrounds near by, so it makes for a nice morning out for families with younger kids.
Prices are overall very good: Sweet corn @ AED 15 per kilo, cherry tomatoes @ AED 15 per kilo, and farmer's bread @ AED 10 each.
Pros: Has a nice small market feel, Plenty of fresh local produce, Great coffee stall
Cons: Limited vegan breakfast options, Location tricky to find for 1st timers
