Serves meat, vegan options available. About 85% of all ingredients are organic. Local Mexican superfood fusion food (adds superfoods as much as possible) and uses local veggies when possible. Offers a vegan burrito, vegan tofu tacos, vegan tacos with beans. Everything is made to order and many menu items can easily be made vegan. Open Mon-Thu 10:00am-3:00pm, Fri 10:00am-2:00pm. Closed Sat & Sun for food truck events (look on social media for those schedules).

Pure vegan deliciousness

I ate the vegan burrito and the tofu tacos loaded with savory mushrooms and I had the spicy sauce with them
