Awesome weekly deals on produce; handful of vegan options. - Edit

My favourite place to grocery shop. It's never crowded and I can usually do a quick trip in-and-out within 15 minutes. If you browse online, you can find their weekly flyers. Despite being branded as a "premium" grocery store, you can actually find a lot of amazing deals for the produce section - especially if you're shopping seasonally.

Love that there's also a fresh food cafe with soups, salads, pizzas, and pre-made meals.

They sometimes even have seasonal products. For example, they make in-house Farmboy Pickles (Garden and Spicy Garden flavors) when Cucumbers are in season. They're AMAZING!

Pros: Often weekly sales on produce, Staff is very friendly, Rarely ever any lines

Nice but Pricey Place with some Vegan Options. - Edit

If you really look, you'll find some well and not so well marked Vegan foods.

Pros: Farm Boy Vegan Kung Pao , Farm Boy Vegan Tikka Masala, Farm Boy Vegan Cheese Pizza

Cons: Options aren't much but tasty when you find them!

Great for groceries and your lunch break - Edit

I frequently go here for lunch when I’m at the office. There’s a salad bar and a hot bar with tons of options. All veg options are marked. There also sandwich, stir fry, pizza, and sushi stations - all with vegan options. It’s also a full grocery store with lots of produce you don’t usually find at other stores. They have their own store brand with many vegan options such as frozen pizzas. Overall great place for a vegan.

Pros: Vegan options always marked, Huge selection, To-go food plus grocery

Cons: A little pricey
