Great Selection of Vegan Items - Edit
Farm Boy is such a fun grocery store, but it is a bit on the pricier side. They have a ton of vegan products. They really remind me of Sprouts grocery store (a U.S. chain). Their bakery offers vegan cookies and pastries. Their hot bar always has at least one vegan option. It's definitely not a one stop shop for all your groceries but more of a place to pick up specialty items.

A variety of vegan options - Edit
This Farm boy is a bit smaller than some, but still lots of vegan options throughout the store. Usually 3 or 4 choices at the salad bar, and the bakery also does vegan versions of some pastries, cupcakes, and muffins. Lots of plant-based cheeses and other meals.

Best Vegan Pizza - Edit
Farm Boy is the Canadian version of Trader Joe's...boutique style grocery store with a variety of plant-based food. Their vegan pizza options are all delicous and taste way better than what is available at Wooden Heads or Atomica.

Good Selection @ Hot bar - Edit
Farm boy has a great salad bar & hot bar for vegans! Option to make your own salad where many of the toppings as well as pre prepared salads are already vegan, and typically there are a couple vegan mock meat options at the hot bar. Food at these bars is by weight. Made to order Stir Fry’s and pizzas are also available and vegan options are labelled for convenience. Great place to stop if you don’t have a lot of time :)

Great vegan options! Eat - in or take - out! - Edit
Excellent and clearly labelled vegan options. Large variety of buffet style dishes. We enjoyed the vegan pizza, tofu coconut curry with steamed rice, and artichoke salad. They also have lots of healthy drinks like kombucha, etc. Very happy with Farm Boy in Kingston!
