Pre-Packaged Ice Cream Sandwiches + Smoothies + Cone/Cup - Edit
Go *INSIDE* department store building. You won’t see this kiosk/ counter from the street. Take Escalator to Floor B2. Google Map “Shibuya Hikarie” for building name. You can enter street level.

It was fine. But I always ask myself if I’d come back again out of my way. And I wouldn’t. Grateful for so many vegan options. They let you sample multiple flavors. I tried 3.
No gluten-free cookie options.
She said all “Sando” / ice cream sandwich options are vegan.
There’s a women’s bathroom next to it you can wash hands at. And some nearby tables by Fève booth you can sit at.
Extremely friendly and polite staff woman. So sweet and did explain to me to eat slowly because it’s quite hard and frozen.

Best ice cream ever!! - Edit
Probably among the best vegan ice cream I've ever had and they decorated it very cute. The staff was so friendly and chatty! Highly recommend visiting this place if you're in the Shibuya area! A little tricky to find but it was on the 2nd bottom floor in Shibuya Hikarie.
