Modern supermarket with a selection of vegan products. Offers a variety of mock meats, vegan cheeses and a wide range of snacks and plant milks. All located in the organic aisle. Open Mon-Sun 07:30-00:00.
Great supermarket with lots of vegan choices - Edit
I was really happy to find this supermarket right next to our hotel. The amount of vegan food was really great (especially also bars and sweets and cheese and meat alternatives). I would definitely go there again next time I’m in Sofia. Would definitely highly recommend.
Easy to find vegan products. Packaging is clearly labelled. Big cheese selection and a good range of Alpro yoghurt and milk products. Some nice chocolates and other snacks.
The vegan food is usually in the organic section but there are also scattered items all around the shop. I’ve found a few items also in the frozen section like pizza, apple pie and pastry puffs. There is also ice cream and stuff like that.
I’m sure it will only get better because they always bring in new items.
I couldn't find any mock meats here. It has definitely more options that most hyper/supermarkets, but Hit Hypermarket is still more vegan friendly and better in my eyes as they had lots of different mock meats. Not that im such a huge fan of them, but they are really nice addition on vegan pizza. (Ive found completely plant mock meats only in Hit, DM and Heath stores. Ive seen before years in Fantastico and VMV, but not currently). Ive noticed that they have hummus made for them under their brand which is always good. Good store one of the better supermarkets. I will continue visiting.
This Fantastico offers an above average choice of vegan alternatives, such as mock meats, tofu and vegan cheeses.
They have a variety of imported (mostly German) and local products, which is nice.
Generally you don't find quite as much choice in supermarkets here in Bulgaria as it's mostly limited to a couple of plant milks and a few cashew cheeses, so it's a welcome change to find a little more than usual.
In addition the supermarket itself is pretty modern and bright and their fruit and veg section is also not to be dismissed.

Do your shopping here! - Edit
Lots of options compared to all the grocery stores in the city center! Also, you can sit outside and eat whatever you just bought
