Great little Gem for Vegans

**Update** Spring Rolls have egg in the wrapper.

This time when we ordered we asked again about the spring rolls and specifically the wrapper. The lady said she was 'pretty sure' it didn't have egg or milk and said she would double check. The wrapper does in fact have egg.

We eat here all the time when we visit my mom on North Topsail Beach. Very fast service, happy to alter meal to make vegan and friendly staff. There are several vegan options. Vegetable tempura (no fish sauce with tempura sauce), vegetable fried rice (no egg), several sushi options (make sure there is no eel sauce or fish sauce drissled on) and miso soup (no fish sauce). I'm sure there are several other options we haven't tried to ask about.
We like to get vegan mayo (helmans) at food lion and Siracha and make vegan spicy mayo to go with our sushi when we order to go.
Price is average.
They do have a lunch special during the week day.
All you can eat sushi for $16.99. However you are charged for anything not eaten.
Overall this is a staple for us when we visit our mom. Really great stop, definitely worth a try!

Pros: One of the only Vegan options in the area, Happy to accommodate , Good sushi deal for lunch if you eat in

Sparse options for vegans but definitely worth trying!

Being vegan can be difficult when dining out! Thanks to Happy Cow I found this quaint sushi place a few miles from my house!

I ordered the miso soup and made sure to specify no fish sauce was to be added.

The tofu roll - specified no fish sauce.

The vegetable roll- again, no fish sauce reminder.

Vegetable fried rice- no egg or meat


My family was surprised with how great everything turned out! My two daughters (3 & 6) loved the rolled Thai style ice cream!

Pros: Vegan options , Great atmosphere , Excellent customer service, & prices

Cons: Waitress didn’t understand vegan term. , Iterated no meat, shellfish, dairy, or, fish sauce. Limited seating
