The pita sandwich is vegan as is. The staff confirmed their is no dairy in the tahini (the sneaky sauce many restaurant try to thin out with sour dairy products).

This is a great spot with real good falafels and hummus! Owner is very nice and the Falafels are super fresh! The pickled red beets are not quite my cup of tea but hey :)

Does Not Serve Tzatziki - Edit
Their falafel sandwiches are fantastic. And they do NOT have tzatziki. Their falafel has tahini, which is vegan. And their harissa is excellent. It's unique in that it's a little sweet. Even the french fries are really good.
