Delicious! - Edit
Delicious and pure authenticity from the menu to the owner. This spot really came in clutch when it wasn’t so easy finding legit local vegan food. We went back a couple of times because the falafel wraps are that good! Don’t hesitate to stop in, it’s worth it. 🧆🥙

Best place on the island - Edit
Cheap, delicious falafel. Great stuff. They even have a vegan tzatziki! The owner says he's working toward making the menu fully vegan. It's about 90% right now.

Santorini Savior - Edit
In the crowded Greek islands where vegetarian and vegan are less accepted and a cultural barrier limits modifying Greek receipts, Falafeland is there to rescue you. A very satisfying meal and the most economical bite you will find on the island.

Falafel buonissimi - Edit
Abbiamo fatto una breve sosta e abbiamo mangiato 2 wraps con i falafel e una torta al cioccolato calda buonissima.. Ragazza simpatica. Tutto bene. Prezzi bassi rispetto la media.

Beste falafel van Santorini, of overal? - Edit
Super lekkere VERSE falafel!

Super delicious FRESH falafel! Lots of vegan options and super friendly. They also have a vegan pastry daily; we had the vegan chocolate brownie. Just like the wraps and falafel, it was absolutely delicious. We ate here several times during our stay in Santorini. Highly recommended!

BEST GYROS IN GREECE!!! Omg loved this place so much. Only had one night in Santorini but ended up coming for lunch and back again for dinner 😆 The mushroom gyros were absolutely phenomenal, must try!! We also had the falafel which was really nice, moist falafel and also great. Mushroom was the best though. I dream of falafeland!!! 🤤

Since in Santorini it's quite hard to find some nice vegan food (except traditional greek dishes) this place is a life saver. Delicious, fresh, good quality and also affordable.

Good food, great people - Edit
Affordable vegan snacks at the entrance to "downtown" Fira. Amazingly friendly people who go out of the way to accommodate special requests.
Read moreThey have an extra spicy falafel wrap called "volvan" they will actually try to talk you out of ordering.
If you're used to SPICY food, have it and enjoy a bit of chili - not too wild for the experienced chilihead.
If you only eat "spicy" though, better avoid the volcano wrap or you'll see yourself spitting fire. 😉
Their vegan brownie is amazing and easily serves as a birthday cake. Thank you!
Pros: Amazingly friendly people, Great falafel wraps and vegan brownies, Affordable
Cons: The volcano wrap could be a bit more spicy 😉

Lots of great cheap vegan options - Edit
Super options for vegans and it’s fast and convenient. The tabbouleh salad was awesome. The pita and babaghanoush were great too. Good choc brownie. The falafel wrap was yummy and we don’t normally like falafel. I liked the mushroom gyros with vegan tzatziki. Visited twice. Might go again.

It is not as fancy as a lot of places around. Located at the street, you sit on a bar stool but the food ist so good and filling. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We tried the babaganoush, mushroom gyros, mayo falafel wrap and the brownie.
Read moreThe small size of the wraps was big enough. The pita came with more than enough delicious pita chips.
The only downside is that the food and some beverages are served in plastic, even if you eat them there.

Highly recommend volcano falafel or volcano mushroom gyros if you like spicy food. Also vegan chocolate brownie is worth the try. Service comes with a smile and portions are decent size. Great value for money.

Tasty Falafel - Edit
We visited three times during our trip to Santorini—it's that good. The special falafel and mushroom gyros were absolutely amazing. The baba ganoush and hummus with pita are must-tries! The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere had a great vibe. Plus, the prices were very affordable. Highly recommended!

Okay, but not good - Edit
I went to Falafelland to get some dinner. However, having seen the many 5-stars reviews here, I was quite disappointed.
Read moreThey don't have proper chairs (just some bar stools, even when you want to eat there), very little space inside (which is where, depending on the weather and the circumstances, you may want to go). I ordered something to drink, and they gave me a plastic cup to drink out of instead of a proper glass. Suffice to say this didn't exactly give me the feeling of being in a high-quality establishment, and it isn't exactly sustainable/eco-friendly neither.
The taste was okay, but didn't really spark joy.
Pros: very central location
Cons: no proper chairs, plastic cups instead of glasses
