I ordered a vegan falafel and chicken wrap from them and it was okay at best, I don’t feel tempted to try again anytime soon

No concern for vegans or cross contamination despite menu. - Edit
Used to visit fairly regularly until today.
Read moreOrdered a falafel wrap (marked as vegan on the menu), although using separate fryers (for meat/halloumi and falafel) owner was using the same tongs to handle all the products and the same tray to take items out and rest on.
Prodded, squeezed and punctured the chicken of another customer in front of me before going to get my falafel out of the fryer.
I asked if they could use different tongs, stating that I was vegan and didn't want chicken from the tongs on my falafel. They got separate tongs but then put the falafel onto the tray on top of some halloumi and amongst other oil, presumably meaty.
Owner refused to acknowledge that there was an issue because he was using separate fryers, then claimed halloumi was vegan so it was fine.
Won't visit again.
