Stopped by Falafel Nessya for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the falafel pita sandwich and it was excellent. Loved everything about the sandwich and also liked the provided sauces. Food came out rather fast which was nice.

Petit restaurant qui vaut franchement le détour. Bonnes assiettes (on a testé le burger, le pita et l'assiette du jour) et c'est délicieux et bien servi. En plus les prix sont très abordables. Les deux cuisinières étaient très aimables, je recommande vivement!

It is a small utilitarian place to eat, not a cafe. Been there many times, food is always great. My favorite is plato completo, very satisfying. A little worried is that staff is changing fast, hope it was a temporary problem

Who knew Playa del Carmen was a falafel destination? Delicious falafel made-to-order and excellent hummus! If you know someone who thinks they don’t like falafel, you would take them here to prove them wrong.
Read moreFrom the pictures I wasn’t sure if the plato completo would come with fries or chips (i.e, fries/chips or crisps), but it came with fries.
They also have vegan popsicles!

Get the full platter for just over 100 pesos and you won't be disappointed. You get a bit of everything, including fresh hot pitas that practically melt in your mouth. So much flavor, just the right amount of spice, and for so little money! That's not even counting all the yummy flavors of agua fresca and popsicles to refresh you! This became a personal favorite of mine instantly.

Read moreI’ve had the salad, the pita, and the full plate here so far and been happy with them each time. The staff are friendly are welcome, the falafel are much better than I was expecting to find in Playa, and the portion sizes are really solid for the money.
Definitely worth a visit for a nice cheap lunch!

I returned multiple times for the delicious food. Everything is vegan but I recommend the full plate for a bit of each option. They also offer vegan popsicles which I didn’t get a chance to try. This is a great option if you’re dining with meat eaters and is very filling. TLDR- just go!

Great food! Great music! Great everything and there's not much more you can ask for! They take so much care in the presentation of therir dishes, you wouldn't imagine ins such a a small place... But they put real love and what they do, and that is something you can feel when you chew in their falafel. Jst beautiful!!

Small restaurant selling falafel in pita bread and falafel plates. They make their falafel inside the place and they taste amazing. Great stop to grab some food after spending some time at the beach!
