Meh falafel - Edit
I wanted to like this place, but my falafel was a bit dense. Owner is a nice guy. The staff speak English, every diner was a foreigner on my visit.

A very convenient option - Edit
Really nice vegan options in a convenient location. You can customise your food a little bit when it comes to toppings and they do quite a few gluten free options which was just what we needed as this isn't a given in Tokyo. Overall, really recommended.

A Falafel Party - Edit
Now who doesn't love a good, bomb falafel to end their vegan food adventures here in Tokyo?
Read moreAfter a week of eating soy karaage at vegan restaurants, I decided to finally begin my shift back to western food and try Falafel Brothers (or Falafel Corner... which is it?). All the vegetarians and vegans online rave about this Israeli chain here in Tokyo, and I wanted to see for myself if it meets the hype.
Sure enough, it does, and it is damn good falafel!
My friend and I split a couple of set plates with each other (each around ¥1500):
* Hummus - a beautifully crafted, creamy, and perfected hummus topped with roasted chickpeas and served with pita
* Brother's Falafel Salad - crispy falafels over a bed of greens and mixed with veggies of your choosing from their bar. Top it with their spicy tahini
* Falafel Sandwich - the classic pita sandwich that we all love with their famed falafels
I loved each of the plates above and it was all incredibly filling too. On the side, we had their Mesh Fries and Lotus Fries - both of which were the perfect, crispy carb companion to the falafels. The side portions were fairly small so it was okay that we had three orders.
After our big dinner, we couldn't leave without trying their desserts. We had their Ice-Crookie (¥650), Brownie with Whip (¥580), and Pecan Pie (¥580). Was it overkill? Sure. Was it delicious? Heck yes! Everything we ordered was fantastic and the perfect way to end our meal.
The staff here were incredibly friendly. Everyone spoke English which reflected the foreign clientele inside. They helped me walk through each of our options and recommended certain ways to dress up our meals without hesitation.
Special shoutout to the team for the amazing food, and also to our bartender Anna! I'm glad that your kiwi self can appreciate my obnoxious American self through the power of vodka shots. Hugs and kisses to you all!
Pros: Excellent falafels and vegan options

Great for a quick bite - Edit
If you need a quick bite before resuming your trip through Tokyo, then The Brothers Corner (and The Falafel Brothers in Shibuya) is a good place to go. Great, fresh falafel, rice bowls or burgers. Don’t expect anything out of he ordinary, just good and fresh falafel with salad.

Not as good as it used to be - Edit
Unfortunately the quality of the falafels has gone way downhill since last time I tried it. I used to eat here every month in 2018 when I lived in Tokyo, came back in 2022 and the falafels are now dry, hard and don't taste of much.

Cute place, very nice staff - Edit
This was a cute shop and a little oasis for English speakers. We had the hot falafel sandwich, fries, and daily juice, guava and mango. I preferred the waffle fries over the wedges, but you can’t go too wrong with fries. The sandwich was comforting, the falafel is good. The juices were great and the set deal is nice.

I often go to Ebisu or Shibuya store, but today i was in Roppongi so i went there (way too small and uncomfortable to eat there) .They have decent amount of yummy vegan food, many drinks and sweet. Luckily they also opened a more big restaurant with space next this one..

Pretty Good - Edit
I got the falafel rice bowl with a set of waffle fries and a lemonade. The menu had a picture of the rice yellow, but it was actually white with some kind of herb. It was good, but overall the taste was missing something. #Veganuary

Satisfies my falafel cravings. - Edit
Falafel Brothers in Roppongi is more like a cramped takeaway place with 4 seatings inside and a table with two seatings outside, but worry not, you can bring your falafel next door to The Brother's Corner, which has more space and tables.
Read moreIn terms of food, you can either have a classic falafel inside a pitta pocket (can be full size or half), or as a salad, or paired with spiced rice, with two extra toppings which you can choose at the counter. If you ordered it as a set, it came with a drink and a small side of potato wedges/ renkon chips, or a bowl of soup. You can also order some burgers, but I came here to have some classic falafel sandwich.
I went to this place twice, the the first time, the staff was rather unfriendly - perhaps she was quite tired since it's past lunchtime. The second time, I was quite lucky because the lady who served me was very accommodating; you can actually have your side in a separate bowl, so you won't make a mess when eating the sandwich. They also have Mexican hot sauce on the table.
In terms of taste, it's what you expect from a good falafel; crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. My second falafel sandwich was not as greasy as the first one, and the pitta bread was fluffy (and you can buy frozen pittas for ¥400 at the brother's corner). The potato wedges were OK, nothing special.
Although you can choose to have your sandwich with either kale, spinach, or lettuce, I don't think they put enough of those greens inside the pitta.
Overall, this place is a good quick vegan lunch option if you are around Roppongi, I mean, you can't go wrong with falafels!

Pros: Filling and reasonably priced for Tokyo, If lucky, staff is very accommodating
Cons: Staff can be hit and miss, Have to take your food next door

Now with bigger store next door - fantastic! - Edit
The recently opened "Brothers' Corner" next to the original location adds plenty of seating and more food options centered around hot pressed sandwiches such as paninis. We tried the pressed version of the traditional pita falafel sandwich with pesto and it was delicious. Also had the German sandwich with pickles, sauerkraut and vegan ham on sourdough - it was a bit weird for me but I'm sure if you grew up in Germany you would love it 😂 You can also order anything from the original store and eat it in the new location.
