soooo gooooood - Edit

The falafel sandwich was a great portion for a great price with fresh ingredients. The tahini sauce actually tastes like sesame seeds, which took me by surprise. The lady who owns the stall is super friendly and non judgmental when you ask for almost all the topping choices there were.

cheap and tasty - Edit

Amazing falafel, had it twice while in Barcelona! It was the best one I tried in the city. Just go sit in the nearby square for a relaxing meal.

Pros: cheap, tasty

Disappointed - Edit

I loved the falafel but I was very disappointed that they used kebab papers to wrap the falafel. I didn't see this before because the lady gave me the falafel with napkins and it was really full of veggies thus I couldn't see the label. It was only when I finished that I saw the drawing and I went to tell her. She said she ran out of papers and that is why she had to use the kebab ones. I said "but it is a vegan place" and she said "yes - everything is vegan" and I just told her I thought it was incoherent to use papers to wrap the falafel portraying a man slicing meat. Anyway, I thought her justification was really poor. this is not a vegan place to my mind.

Pros: Nice food, Clean

Cons: Incoherent, Promoting meat business and practices, This is not veganism

Ismael 22 Mar 2018 - So the establishment could not find kebab papers with an appropiate drawing and somehow that makes it non-vegan? What the hell?

YUM! - Edit

This small stand is near the back of the market. I am vegan and ended up eating mostly falafel while traveling through Spain. This falafel was by far the best. The ladies working were very kind, giving out samples and working with our terrible spanish. The falafel was bright green inside, so fluffy and flavorful. You build your own sandwhich and they have nice spicy additions. I wanted to come back multiple times in a day. Grab a fresh juice, avert your eyes from all the meat, and make your way to this yummy spot!

Pros: reasonable prices, best falafel I've eaten, nice ladies running the place

Cons: busy in the market, no place to sit and eat, save a curb where a vendo

Good falafel - Edit

The place serves good falafel with fresh vegetables and tahin sauce for 5 euros.
A good choice for a quick bite around the boqueria.
The lady was kind to give us a tasting before we bought the sandwich, and told us they are Moroccan and only serve vegan stuff.
At rush hours can be quite busy so prepare for a queue.
