Wonderful find in Funchal - Edit
Set in a lovely quieter area just away from the hustle and bustle, but still in the heart of Funchal.
Read moreListed as vegetarian but was all vegan. I had the daily specials, bean and potato salad and nectarine cheesecake which were both really nice. The family had a combination of wraps and salads which were enjoyed by all.
The hummus to share was amazing and to round it off, vegan pastel de natas to take away.
Definitely worth visiting and will hopefully visit again in next couole of days.

Read moreWe had the hummus to share, then kids had falafel wraps, husband had the bean & potato salad daily special & I had the salad followed by the nicest chocolate mouse ever which was all vegan.
We also took home some pastel de natas!

Very friendly waiter. Food was nice. The hummus was excellent. The falafel salad was average. Absolutely gorgeous chocolate brownie. Nice little out of the way spot. It was all labelled as vegan when we went. I felt it was slightly overpriced.

This is a little gem with lovely food and drinks and very friendly people. All vegan and all delicious! We had a vegan variation on a traditional dish, a salad with falafel and the cake of the day. It was yummie!

In my opinion this lovely restaurant counts as a vegan restaurant since everything on their menu is plant-based, including the menu of the day. Everything was very tasty and hearty!

The restaurant has got wraps, a burger, falafels, salat, homemade fries, a soup/dish of the day and some desserts. The menu includes coffee, some cold drinks and cocktails. Some dishes and drinks are typical madeiran. It’s placed inside the shopping center.

I was absolutely delighted to eventually find this unassuming and welcoming little restaurant. It is hidden away so use Maps once you are in the heart of Funchal. Great unpretentious food with two dishes of the day and a juice of the day. Warm and friendly staff and a joy to find that most, if not all, of the food is now fully vegan. You need to go there- you won't regret it 😊

Very nice place, and even at Bad weather there is a possibility to sit outside. Downside: Its within a shopping area. On sundays and feriados the whole area is closed.

Although marked as a vegetarian restaurant, all food offered is vegan 😍 We came for lunch (the Madeiran Wrap was awesome!) and later that week again for dinner (friday). They offered vegan Picado, a traditional - usually very meaty - madeiran dish which was also really good. For dessert we tried the Panna Cotta, but the highlight of it all was the brownie!

We had wraps with fries. The fries were ok, nothing special. The wraps were fresh and tasty. Nice spot for a quick lunch. Would’ve given 5 stars when the wraps were a little cheaper. They do not have a customer toilet, you have to go the nearby shopping mall.

This is one of those restaurants that genuinely makes me want to come back to Madeira. Everything was outstanding. It instantly became one of my favorite restaurants. Entirely vegetarian, mostly vegan.
Read moreThe food is excellent, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. There are daily changing vegan dishes, including vegan versions of Madeiran classics, which is a real highlight. Definitely try the Picado (only Friday evening from 6 PM) and the chocolate Bom Bom.
The service is courteous, very attentive, and incredibly friendly. Of course, also fluent in English.
The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with seating both inside and in a covered courtyard, which is especially pleasant. Finding this restaurant truly enriched our holiday. Absolutely recommended.

Tired and hungry after travelling from Scotland, we found this place! Warmly welcomed, the range of really good options available and it's all vegan! Had a tasty meal, brought Portuguese custard tarts away for having with a glass of Madeira at our apartment.
