Brick and mortar vegan shoes store - Edit
The bane of wanting to buy vegan shoes is that most stores are online only; one is pretty much in the dark about the true appearance of the shoes, the right size to buy, etc. So I was very pleased to find out about Fairma. They have a modest selection of men's shoes, but I found everything I needed. I could try them on and find the perfect size. Highly recommended.

This place is just wonderful, offers all the things that would otherwise be hard for me to find in Kraków, especially shoes. It has a great location in the Jewish district and most prices are really reasonable (with seasonal discounts available).

I really looked forward to visiting this store when I found it on HappyCow. In my opinion, being vegan but ignoring the suffering of other humans is just as speciesist as not being vegan is. I can't buy my clothes from places like H&M or Zara when I know how they exploit humans and our planet.
Read moreIn Greece, ethical fashion is not really a known concept, and I had been looking for a vegan and ethical wallet for ages. Finally, I found a really beautiful one here at Fairma.
I also used to love Converse but don't want to support their practices any longer so I found a nice pair of Converse here.
My partner also wanted a new pair of shoes, so in total we bought three different products, but the price was pretty much what you would pay for "normal" products in most countries, only that here they were vegan and ethical!
The lady at the store was very friendly and helpful, and we'll definitely be checking out the online store in the future.
