My favorite avocado toast - Edit
This is actually my favorite place to get vegan avocado toast. They really load up the avocado and the bread is a very good thick cut wheat from Grand Central Bakery. They also usually have vegan cookies. The interior is also very cozy with lots of plants.

I ordered The Ultimate Vegan Bagel, which includes two sausage patties, cheddar cheese, and arugula on a plain bagel. The bagel was average quality, and I think the sandwich would have been better with some sort of spread, but it was pretty good overall.
