Won't be visiting - Edit
I saw this restaurant listed here, they have very little that can be made vegan and still have foie gras on their menu, so I won't add this to my list of vegan-friendly Ocean City spots.

It’s beautiful if you can get an seat outside , they have a veggie burger and salad . Boring but they have an option !

Call ahead - Edit
I’ve been to Fagers a few times (to the fine dinning section). The first time they could only offer me a small baked potato and some veggies. This last time I went however I called ahead. The first few people had a very hard time understanding what veganism was but then the chef Rickie put me in contact with Robin and she came to the rescue. Robin made a beautiful dish with roasted carrots, wild mushrooms and a quinoa stuffed red pepper with a balsamic glaze. Very thankful for her. It was absolutely delicious!
