Good tofu options, but I tried to order fried rice with no egg and no meat but the young man thought I might prefer steamed rice, “since without meat or egg there’s no flavor” …

Fabulous Pho Real - Edit
They only have a few vegan options, but they are GOOD. The lemongrass tofu vermicelli bowl is my fav, and in the salted fried tofu isn’t far behind. Be sure to sub the fish sauce that comes on the side of the bowl for peanut sauce. The spring rolls are unfortunately really bland, but those other two dishes make up for it.

Oh wow - this place has the most delicious tofu! Server was so sweet and helpful showing me the menu items that are vegan, and he brought me delicious peanut sauce instead of the fish sauce. Lemongrass tofu vermicelli bowl was super incredible. So so good!

No vegan broth for pho yet. If they get more customers asking for veggie broth they would offer.
