Not many options - Edit
I have been here lots of times over the years, just because I live close by, and it's a nice place to meet up with friends for coffee.
Read moreUsed to be a vegan or veggie option that could be made vegan option on specials board but last 3 times no options at all. One vegan option on menu- falafel sandwich, which was a little dry as adapted ie. No mint raitha. Used to come with a small side of wedges and salad. Now no wedges and a few salad leaves.
Sometimes, have more than vegan chocolate cake, but this is not often either.
Coffee is good but no oat milk either. They do have soya and almond normally.
The cafe at Sherwood Forest Visitors Centre has better pasties and sandwiches!
Close by is Crew Yard cafe at Budby which has whole vegan menu.
Unfortunate that everywhere in Edwinstowe has limited or stopped having vegan options.
Pros: Coffee, Nice setting
Cons: One vegan option, Rarely have oat milk

Passed this place alot when we've been to Sherwood Forest. Always looked busy and wanted to give it a try. Although there are vegan options on the menu nothing was available and we had to settle on a bhaji burger and hummus. Did intend to have a vegan breakfast as you can't go wrong but after the waiter came to us we was 8 minutes late to order one as they stop at 11.30.

Great options for non vegan such as my kids who loved there pancakes and the other tables around food looked incredible.
I probably wouldn't make effort to re visit.

Cons: Although had vegan options nothings was available , Didn't have oat milk, Breakfasts finish at 11.30

Vegan cakes and mains - Edit
Great place to stop in for lunch after a visit to Sherwood Forest! I enjoyed the vegan wrap with wedges and a vegan chocolate and raspberry brownie. The staff are lovely too, and there’s a lovely seating area outside, and inside. They also have vegan scones and plenty of other options. Would recommend stopping by :)
