Doesn't Exist - Edit
The lady in the temple took me to the adjacent cijuang restaurant when I asked about the canteen. I couldn't understand much because of the language barrier, but I wandered around in the temple and couldn't find any canteen. This is just beside the cijuang vegetarian restaurant.
