We went for dinner and felt like we entered someone's private kitchen. The owner explained the complete menu and helped us to choose the dishes. Even though there is room for improvement related to the presentation, the food tasted like you would make it at home: nourishing.

There were homemade drinks (you can choose between cold and hot water, which was great, since it was very cold outside) and a few vegan desserts with special ingredients, like tofu. I always wanted to try tofu chocolate mouse, so I was already thrilled before tasting it.
Be aware that one main dish plus dessert is probably not enough. Consider a starter or a second main dish to share.
We would go here again to try other items on the menu.

I've never felt as welcome as I did here in any other restaurant. Everything about this restaurant are pros: the friendliness and gratitude of the owners, everything is veggie/vegan, the menu, art and design in the interior, as well as the tableware (♡♡♡) and cutlery. And, last but not least😉, the food was delicious!

Na alle juichende reviews zelf eens gaan eten in Veldhoven. Het viel ons tegen. Ontzettend prijzig en de gerechten die wij hadden waren best aardig maar niet bijzonder, met uitzondering van het ijs. Wij gaan niet terug in elk geval.

Wij zijn bijzonder als het gaat om biologische, pesticidenvrije en additievenvrije producten. Rijst en sojasaus worden vanuit Japan ingevlogen. De reden dat we er zo kieskeurig over zijn, is omdat het voor de toekomst is. Als je veganist bent, weet ik zeker dat je het begrijpt. Wij raden u aan een eigen winkel te runnen. Yes, I'm biased. It's in my home town, walking distance from my home. I've been eating here since opening day and it's been a pleasure every single time. I think I've tried everything that is vegan on the menu several times and have never been disappointed. Don't be in a hurry and enjoy the art on the walls.

Man, I loved this place so so much, it feels really special. Every detail is carefully and lovingly thought through and you can really feel the attention to detail. The owners are so so lovely and welcoming and really had to the special feeling we got when we came here. We drove from Amsterdam and were delayed so arrived between the lunch and dinner servings but they still made us some delicious food from the lunch menu. We had the Dan Dan noodles and they were excellent, they also came with a really tasty & beautiful looking side salad. For afters we had a pumpkin tofu pie thing from the sweet cabinet. We asked for the least sweet thing they had and it was perfect for us. There’s great, interesting art on the wall, the cutlery and napkins come in these super cute metal cups and the food is all served on vintage jadeite and they are so pleasing! Honestly, it was more than worth the drive and I hope we can come here again and again.

We visited this restaurant yesterday. The owners and waitress were super friendly and enthusiastic. They don't speak English very well but together we got there.
Read moreWe tried a few dishes and desserts, all vegan, and everything was super tasty and pretty. We especially liked the Japanese style fried tofu! We'll definitely be coming back.
I also really like that the dishes are mainly organic. We brought our baby and we feed her (and ourselves) as much organic as possible, so that was very nice for us.
A tip for the owners: maybe go on TripAdvisor or get a website? Not a lot of people have discovered it yet I think (we don't have Instagram so it was a bit harder to get in touch).

F LIFE is a must-visit! - Edit
We had a wonderful experience at F LIFE. This hip little vegetarian restaurant is run by a Japanese couple with an exquisite taste in art, design and of course… food! The menu is completely organic and meat-free, with plenty of vegan options. F LIFE uses mostly Japanese ingredients to create the most original dishes full of spice and flavor. This restaurant is a must-visit for vegetarians, vegans or anybody that simply loves great food in a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of vegan options. The cake and the sencha tea are the perfect dessert. It was lovely to talk to the owners about art, design and Japan. We will definitely come back with friends!
