Authentic Lebanese mezze salads if not the falafel - Edit
Been in Cambodia a few days already, seeing the Angkor temples by day and looking for this restaurant at night? I know how you feel. We spent hours searching and felt a bit like Harry Potter looking for platform 9 3/4 that was there but not visible to the naked eye.
The mystery is that 'F is for falafel' actually metamorphs into 'Mezze bar" at night, so you cannot find it by the sign. They can still serve falafels in the Mezze bar, but the menu and pricing is slightly different (more expensive, no sandwhich, have to buy the pita separately). Salads were authentic Lebanese though the falafel was more nouveau.
Service good. We tried to find out if they use separate oil for meat items and falafels but received conflicting information so go with your conscious. At corner of Pub and 10th.
Pros: authentic style Lebanese food, service, nice upstairs seating
Cons: confusing name change, not sure if oil separate
