So many vegan options

Almost anything can be made vegan. Love the vegan duck with basil, panang curry with tofu, drunken noodles with veggies, lo mein with tofu and noodles, spring rolls, pad Thai with tofu and veggies, and EZ Thai salad (make it vegan).
