Their pizza, breadsticks, cheesy bread, calzones, sandwiches, and wings can all be made vegan. They even have vegan ranch!

Amazing Vegan Options - Edit
It’s so nice to have a pizza parlor offer intentional vegan options (and not just salad with nothing on it). I had the vegan calzone loaded with great vegan cheese and chick’n. Would definitely recommend. As I was eating, the owner came up and said he considered putting vegan feta on it but didn’t want to overstep. I’ll definitely get that next time.

Best vegan pizza in the Treasure Valley!!!! - Edit
First off, they can make almost menu options vegan upon request like chicken wings, meatballs sandwiches and of course, pizza. Their toppings are next level! We made our own and had vegan sausage, caramelized onions, mushrooms, spinach, olives, roasted potatoes and vegan cheese. Honestly, the topping selection is insane.
Read moreUnless you’re gluten free, no need to order the vegan crust. The house crust is already vegan. They also have a vegan ranch dipping sauce which is tangy and yum. They don’t overdo the vegan cheese which is nice - just enough. They use Myokos cheese. The good news is their chef is vegan so she strives for the best.
Also, hummus plate is available and they have vegan cookies. I’ve had the vegan pizza at Americana in Boise and I like it, but it doesn’t hold a candle to this place. Study the menu because it’s extensive, but you will not be disappointed. I’ll be coming back! Who knows, maybe they will start serving wine and beer 😜

Delicious vegan options! Couldn't be happier! - Edit
Grabbed food to-go (but they also have take and bake option). Ordered vegan buffalo wings with the vegan ranch. DELICIOUS! I would go back just to pick up the ranch dressing. We also ordered an 18" Mr Pestato Head and added the vegan chicken. The in-house made vegan pesto sauce was SO GOOD! I have been vegan for over 8 years now so it's been many, many years since I have had good pesto. The pizza was absolutely delicious. There are many other options we were itching to try so will definitely return for some of the other vegan pizzas and especially to try the zipline knots. Wish I could give the full five stars! Diane and Extreme Pizza Caldwell deserve it!

Vegan and gluten-free pizza=heavenly - Edit
Diane Dubreuil Dalton and the owners have the heart and passion to deliver REAL vegan pizza, in a pleasant setting in the heart of Indian Creek Plaza in Caldwell. Being able to either design a bake-at-home gluten-free vegan pizza or pick a hot one up to eat there or take away is one of the bright spots of 2021!

They have so many wonderful vegan options!!! If you’re vegan and needing a yummy place to meet up with non-vegan friends/family this is the place to go! High quality and fresh ingredients. I hadn’t even left the place and I’m writing this and excited to come back!

Zipline vegan rolls are to die for! - Edit
Went there today as they were offering specials on vegan options! The pizza and zipline knots were delicious! Zipline knots where the best vegan pizza rolls I have ever had! If they were on the menu I would eat 8 of them a day!

We loved the garlic bread sticks stuffed with vegan cheese 😋 And the GF crust is awesome!
We've eaten here twice and will definitely be back! PLUS it's a GREAT location in downtown Caldwell- right next to the greenbelt and tons of shops.
